Case Management Nurse: Could this be You?
Health Professionals are currently seeking an experienced Case Management Nurse with the following skills and experience for this unique and challenging role for a major international company:
Background/Experience
- 3-5 years of acute or community clinical experience
- 2 years Case Management experience in a clinical setting and/ or Community Health experience
Education and Registration Requirements
- Registered Nurse currently registered with the NMC (Nursing & Midwifery Council)
- BSN desirable
Additional Information
- Ability to work with people in such a manner as to build high morale and group commitment to goals and objectives.
- Computer literacy and experience familiarity with Excel, MS Word, and web-based applications desired.
